About the role
- Cultivate relationships with employers, industry associations, academic institutions, and government agencies
- Identify and reach out potential employers through networks and market research
- Gather market intelligence, track opportunities, and conduct consistent follow-up with prospective employers
- Manage the employability process for learners and graduates
- Identify potential new programs to launch based on needs of employers
- Engage partner employers consistently to solicit feedback and gather success stories
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a solid academic record
- Fluent Spanish, advanced written and spoken English
- 5-8 years of proven experience in partnerships and business development
- Experience leading multifunctional teams
- Strong network in Colombia and enthusiasm for meeting new people
- Experience in a non-profit or social enterprise, B2B sales experience, and experience using Salesforce are a plus.
- Be willing to travel within Colombia and Latin America as required by the BD strategy.
