About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Cadillac Canada in achieving annual and long-term objectives for sales, market share, profitability, customer loyalty, brand health, and luxury brand equity.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies spanning product, pricing, distribution, and promotion.
  • Steward Cadillac’s premium positioning across customer, retailer, and marketing touchpoints in Canada.
  • Translate global and North American brand strategy into Canadian market initiatives.
  • Lead retail go-to-market strategy using competitive intelligence, consumer insights, product positioning, pricing, and regional performance trends.
  • Direct execution of product launches, sales initiatives, and strategic programs.
  • Partner with advertising, communications, and agency teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Deliver sales and marketing tools for field teams and retailers.
  • Lead Canadian input into vehicle packaging, product strategy, feature competitiveness, pricing, and incentives.
  • Represent Canadian luxury consumers through market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
  • Monitor sales performance, market share, residual values, customer loyalty, and brand health metrics.
  • Lead Cadillac’s EV growth strategy in Canada.
  • Use analytics and research to inform decisions and outcomes.
  • Coordinate product launches, business reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Marketing Segment Managers.
  • Build partnerships across GM Canada, North America, and Global teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successful completion of Post Secondary Education; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business/Marketing specialty an asset.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Leadership & Directing Others.

  • Knowledge of, and previous experience in, EV & Luxury Automotive marketing.
  • Passion for, and encyclopedic knowledge of, Cadillac Products.
  • Understanding of Luxury dealership & competitor operations.
  • Prolific oral and written communications skills.
  • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
