About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP of Manufacturing Strategy & Planning and other executive leaders
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and expenses
  • Assist with projects, track progress, meet deadlines, and provide updates
  • Create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Craft communications and handle confidential information professionally
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings and events, including agendas, notes, and action-item follow-up
  • Identify process-improvement opportunities and implement productivity and efficiency solutions
  • Collaborate across departments to gather information and coordinate project efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships across the enterprise, particularly with EA peers
  • Assist in planning and executing internal and external events and managing logistics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5+ years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting Executives/Leaders
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • High level of integrity and discretion handling confidential matters
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to look ahead and proactively anticipate leader and business needs
  • Must be flexible and demonstrate strong learning agility

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Professional training and/or certification(s) in administrative skills/support
  • Previous experience supporting within tech or software work environments
