About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead technical administration and day-to-day maintenance support for Planisware
  • Coordinate issue resolution, user training, system updates, and platform health
  • Improve tool reliability, usability, and governance with business and technical stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation, access controls, and administrative processes
  • Coordinate IT asset management, software requests, and end-user technology needs
  • Bridge business needs with enterprise IT processes and support teams
  • Support compliance activities for Information Lifecycle Management, internal publications, and human subject research policies
  • Maintain required processes, documentation, and internal controls
  • Coordinate policy-related requests and reviews
  • Identify compliance gaps, risks, and follow-up actions
  • Oversee SharePoint governance and maintain site content, structure, access, and usability
  • Support content owners in following governance expectations
  • Support operations dashboards, IP metrics, scorecards, and resource management reporting
  • Maintain data quality, reporting consistency, and stakeholder visibility into key metrics
  • Coordinate dashboard updates, enhancements, and recurring reporting
  • Translate operational needs into dashboard and workflow improvements
  • Support evaluation, adoption, implementation, maintenance, and user guidance for approved AI tools and workflows
  • Support governance-aligned AI tool use, documentation, and process adherence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise tools, technical administration, systems coordination, or business operations
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple technical and operational priorities
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams and coordinating with business and IT stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, identify issues, and drive resolution
  • Experience with compliance, governance, documentation, or policy-based processes
  • Experience with Google Workspace preferred
  • Experience administering or supporting Planisware or a similar project and portfolio management platform preferred
  • Experience with SharePoint governance, site administration, and content maintenance preferred
  • Experience supporting evaluation, implementation, or governance of AI tools preferred
  • Ability to understand and write JavaScript preferred
  • Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence and data visualization software preferred
  • Experience creating or supporting Power Automate workflows preferred
  • Familiarity with asset management, software request processes, and end-user technology support preferred
  • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be able to report to the specified location at least 3 times a week
  • Role is not eligible for relocation benefits; relocation costs are the selected candidate’s responsibility
