  • Design, develop, implement, and sustain automotive plastic parts and sub-systems for Interior and Exterior applications
  • Own product performance, quality, cost, and timing
  • Execute engineering strategies for Interior or Exterior products
  • Support on-time vehicle launches compliant with safety and regulations
  • Interact with global teams and strengthen relationships with foreign markets
  • Support digital transformation and work efficiency through AI tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably with plastic parts/sub-systems
  • Proficiency in project management skills
  • Advanced English written and oral communication
  • Results-oriented ability focused on quality, cost, and efficiency
  • Effective interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Availability to travel sporadically
  • Active driver license (CNH)
  • No current or future need for GM immigration-related sponsorship
  • Knowledge of vehicle parts/sub-systems development and launch is preferred
  • Knowledge of plastic injection mold tools and quality tools application/methodologies is preferred
  • AI literacy and interaction to support digital transformation is preferred
