About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute Workday data transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, job and position changes, pay group assignments, government ID updates, service date edits, and international assignment/localization actions
  • Monitor Workday inboxes and ServiceNow queues; process, route, or escalate cases
  • Perform data validation and peer checks to ensure accuracy and First Time Resolution
  • Support EIB uploads and other mass data actions
  • Follow SOPs and Knowledge Articles and flag discrepancies or gaps
  • Support Benefits-related data tasks, including benefit driver entry, disability administration, and benefit continuation processing
  • Coordinate with Benefits COE partners and HR on benefit-related Workday tasks
  • Generate scheduled and ad hoc HR administration reports, including manpower, absenteeism, overtime, and headcount reports
  • Distribute reports accurately, maintain execution records, and flag anomalies
  • Serve as the primary Spanish-language point of contact for HR partners and employees in North and Latin American markets
  • Process GDM transactions and HR tasks for North and Latin American business processes
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle Workday tasks while adapting to regional process nuances
  • Communicate proactively with HR partners in Spanish to clarify requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues
  • Maintain accuracy and quality scores and participate in quality audits
  • Adhere to night-shift schedule, attendance, and availability standards
  • Contribute to knowledge base and SOP updates
  • Identify process inefficiencies and share improvement ideas with the Team Leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
  • Ability to work on a fixed night schedule aligned with North or South America business hours
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy in a high-volume processing environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Prior HR Shared Services, People Services Center, or HR Operations experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Workday HCM and ServiceNow case management preferred
  • Familiarity with North and South America HR processes, labor practices, or employee lifecycle workflows preferred
  • Experience supporting Benefits administration or HR data management processes preferred
  • Comfort working with reports and structured data preferred
  • Must not require GM immigration-related sponsorship now or in the future
