Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, including Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
  • 7+ years of experience in embedded controls, software development, calibration, systems engineering, related hardware development, and/or safety-critical systems
  • Strong understanding of software development processes
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, tools, and applications
  • Proven leadership capability with high integrity, strong initiative, accountability, and a growth mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while driving timely, data-driven decisions
  • Strong customer-focused problem-solving and innovative thinking capabilities
