Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and empower high-performing, self-organizing teams to deliver High Voltage Battery Systems Controls and Software solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, including Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
- 7+ years of experience in embedded controls, software development, calibration, systems engineering, related hardware development, and/or safety-critical systems
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Familiarity with AI technologies, tools, and applications
- Proven leadership capability with high integrity, strong initiative, accountability, and a growth mindset
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while driving timely, data-driven decisions
- Strong customer-focused problem-solving and innovative thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
