About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the day-to-day operational delivery of Identity and Access Management services
  • Process end-to-end GMIN onboarding and GMID activation
  • Handle GMID suspension and unsuspension across employee types
  • Execute offboarding identity steps including IT Store Ticket processing and deprovisioning of access
  • Conduct identity analysis and research to resolve duplicates and data integrity issues
  • Support Org Manager requests and administer DUNS change notifications
  • Manage cases via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate with Global Service Desk for escalated issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, process-driven tasks accurately and consistently
  • Demonstrated ability to follow complex SOPs and apply judgment when cases fall outside standard procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; able to communicate clearly with global stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently on the night shift while maintaining quality and meeting SLA commitments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
