About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Generate and maintain customer service and Supply Chain KPI reports
Develop and maintain databases, queries, and processes in Microsoft Access
Perform SQL analyses to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed)
Experience in data analysis
Intermediate SQL for data extraction and analysis
Intermediate Python for data processing and analysis in notebooks
Experience with Microsoft Access, including integration with Excel and VBA
Knowledge of Databricks is a plus
Intermediate Power BI for modeling and dashboard creation
Intermediate VBA for automating routines in Excel and Access
Availability to work in Sorocaba, SP
