About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for coordinating and sustaining the CX@Dealers Calibration process in South America
  • Ensure standardization of checklists and manuals
  • Platform management and communications
  • Provide support to dealerships and field teams
  • Monitor schedules/results and drive continuous improvement of the calibration process
  • Coordinate the calibration process for the South American dealer network, including self-calibrations and on-site calibrations
  • Validate rules, guidelines and KPIs for the calibration process with Business and Network Development areas in South America
  • Govern calibration platform content, including updates, visual identity, operational manuals and documentation (field teams and dealerships)
  • Manage service and support tickets with the vendor
  • Plan and deliver strategic presentations (Broadcasts) for the network and internal stakeholders
  • Manage vendors, monitor deliverables and develop supporting materials
  • Align requirements, scope and priorities with stakeholders and internal clients
  • Coordinate implementation of strategic projects (Mystery Shopper, customized services, among others)
  • End-to-end project management, including interface with IT, Legal and Commercial teams
  • Develop action plans, executive presentations and management reports
  • Develop Artificial Intelligence solutions to support processes and calibrations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • Positive, proactive attitude
  • Prior experience in the automotive sector is desirable but not required
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate Spanish (desirable)
  • Technical knowledge of data analysis tools and databases (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
