About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and lead execution of Mexico’s website strategy that supports local business objectives and priorities.
  • Own the content and asset development process to support carry-over, reveal, and launch vehicles as well as additional business priorities as required.
  • Define locally relevant SEO goals and implement best practices to increase organic traffic and business outcomes.
  • Manage world-class website operations by coordinating with product management, CRM, agencies, and regional internal stakeholders.
  • Become the consumer’s advocate by implementing industry’s best practices, usability research and customer insights/principles throughout the design and development process.
  • Effectively collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners within a large organization.
  • Regularly review analytics reporting and provide actionable insights to enhance user experience and increase conversion rate.
  • Help drive ongoing digital optimization priorities, including A/B testing and Test/Target initiatives.
  • Manage usability studies, competitive review/audits, and benchmarking studies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years digital marketing, website content, or digital product management experience required
  • Deep knowledge of content strategy, search engine optimization, and user experience (UX) design is a plus with a proven track record driving innovation in digital spaces
  • Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated experience navigating large, global-scale organizations successfully
  • Automotive experience - preferred
