About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate incoming part orders and manage execution from order intake through fulfillment and delivery tracking
  • Support order management activities in SAP and related systems, including order setup, inventory validation, fulfillment coordination, and invoice readiness
  • Collaborate with logistics, packaging, purchasing, finance, contracting, and material management teams to ensure orders progress smoothly and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain program timing plans, track open risks and issues, and support cross‑functional readiness activities related to parts and sustainment execution
  • Monitor operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to process improvements as demand increases across future programs and contracts
  • Document and implement processes and procedures to enhance the GMD customer experience and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, asylee or refugee)
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tight deadlines
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities with flexibility and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated passion for understanding customer needs and delivering an exceptional experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of GM and Government leadership.
