About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation (e.g., streamline processes, enhance data analysis)
  • Develop and utilize financial analysis tools to proactively assess financial performance and business risk.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of how group liquidation works and how it impacts the Income Statement and Cash Flow.
  • Effectively communicate financial performance and analysis findings to Financial Leadership and key business partners.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Prepare the reporting package for the monthly operational review and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), selecting the most effective presentation method for the audience.
  • Proactively seek growth opportunities (e.g., develop new skills, attend training opportunities, network, provide feedback)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Public Accountant degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 2-3 year of experience in audit, finance, or accounting roles.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site) in Vicente López, Buenos Aires.
