ERG Program Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of Employee Resource Groups and their initiatives to drive growth, success and business goals.
- Align and collaborate cross functionally to integrate ERG initiatives into the broader organizational strategies.
- Ensure ERGs are viewed as key drivers of effort and GM culture.
- Nurture/build productive relationships between ERG leaders, networks, and Executive Champions.
- Measure, report and shape ERG initiatives within their portfolio.
- Innovate, define processes and drive adoption of best practices.
- Create change management strategies tailored for ERG portfolio.
- Advocate for use of tools and processes to drive efficiencies and support intersectionality.
- Define project plans, provide status updates, oversee assigned ERGs including budget management and general support.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Extensive ERG experience including implementing and sustaining ERG strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office Suite proficient
- Strong project management and change management organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and communicate expectations to stakeholders
- Strong written, oral, and executive presentation and interpersonal skills
- Passionate, proactive, solution orientated, and approaches new initiatives with a growth mindset.
