About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of Employee Resource Groups and their initiatives to drive growth, success and business goals.
  • Align and collaborate cross functionally to integrate ERG initiatives into the broader organizational strategies.
  • Ensure ERGs are viewed as key drivers of effort and GM culture.
  • Nurture/build productive relationships between ERG leaders, networks, and Executive Champions.
  • Measure, report and shape ERG initiatives within their portfolio.
  • Innovate, define processes and drive adoption of best practices.
  • Create change management strategies tailored for ERG portfolio.
  • Advocate for use of tools and processes to drive efficiencies and support intersectionality.
  • Define project plans, provide status updates, oversee assigned ERGs including budget management and general support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Extensive ERG experience including implementing and sustaining ERG strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office Suite proficient
  • Strong project management and change management organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and communicate expectations to stakeholders
  • Strong written, oral, and executive presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate, proactive, solution orientated, and approaches new initiatives with a growth mindset.
