About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, resolve, document, and close customer service cases within required deadlines.
  • Build and maintain customers' relationships with the Chevrolet brand through dealership Service Departments.
  • Provide consultative guidance to dealerships through activities such as:
  • Increase customer satisfaction levels.
  • Troubleshoot issues and promote correct execution of services.
  • Facilitate negotiations that enable win-win outcomes for customers, dealerships, and GM.
  • Manage conflicts.
  • Review and analyze warranty service requests.
  • Oversee and ensure execution of service campaigns (recalls).
  • Recommend and coordinate training and upskilling for technicians.
  • Analyze and expedite solutions for vehicles immobilized in the workshop.
  • Control special and general-use tools.
  • Provide support to the legal department / participate in court hearings and Procon proceedings.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a Technologist degree.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (CNH) and be able to drive (mandatory).
  • Technical knowledge of vehicles and experience in customer service are mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Intermediate English (desirable).
  • Knowledge or experience with dealership service and parts operations is a plus.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize critical service delivery.
  • Availability for domestic travel.
  • Willingness to reside in Salvador, BA, and to work across the states of Bahia and Sergipe.
