- Own and maintain Scope of Development Work (SODW)
- Support and participate in MRL 4–7 gate reviews
- Collaborate with fastening and inspection SMEs
- Support launch execution from development through plant implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Hands-on experience with fastening or inspection systems
- Strong technical communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline
