Commercial Operations and Performance Consultant
General MotorsConsultant enhancing performance at Cadillac dealerships via coaching and strategic planning. Supporting compliance and improving sales performance through regular monitoring and reports.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strengthen the performance of Cadillac dealerships through coaching, mentoring and strategic planning.
- Act as a strategic partner to the dealer network, promoting sustainable performance and alignment with the brand strategy.
- Conduct regular site visits, identify improvement opportunities and monitor action plans.
- Monitor sales, after-sales, service and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Ensure efficiency in the sales funnel, CRM and the Cadillac premium customer journey.
- Ensure compliance with Cadillac operational, commercial and brand standards.
- Support the implementation of commercial programs and end-to-end processes.
- Address operational deviations by identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare performance analyses and executive reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree (completed).
- Professional experience with luxury automotive brands.
- Previous experience in an OEM in sales operations and/or after-sales areas.
- Field operations experience within a dealership network, preferably with premium or luxury brands.
- Availability for regular travel within the area of operation.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
- Experience in consultative roles or performance management is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; experience with AI tools is a valuable plus.
