About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and actively engage Chevrolet dealers through regular in-person visits
  • Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met
  • Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
  • Assist in product launches and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
  • Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
  • Resolve customer problems and provide training as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years in sales and customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools
  • Able to travel 100% and be mobile now and in the future and able to relocate anywhere within the United States
  • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis
