About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the relationship between GMICA and the dealer network in Aftersales
- Lead monthly aftersales market reviews
- Manage the aftersales marketing budget
- Support pricing and promotional actions
- Build annual and monthly sales forecasts
- Monitor wholesale and retail performance through BI and SAP tools
- Standardize and optimize aftersales processes
- Manage special projects
- Provide reporting and Power BI support across Colombia, Peru, and Chile
- Execute the parts commercial strategy with assigned distributors
- Supervise sales and inventory performance
- Ensure compliance with brand standards
- Identify growth opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced English

- Strong digital tool proficiency
