Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hardware engineers responsible for complex compute and ADAS electronic systems.
Serve as the “lighthouse” for the organization providing clarity, direction, and stability in a fast‑moving and ambiguous environment.
Drive end‑to‑end hardware development, including requirements definition, architecture, schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, validation, and launch readiness.
Oversee the design and integration of high‑compute SoCs, advanced ICs, and semiconductor technologies into automotive‑grade hardware platforms.
Ensure robust engineering execution through design reviews, risk assessments, root‑cause analysis, and cross‑functional alignment.
Collaborate closely with software, systems, validation, manufacturing, and supplier teams to deliver high‑quality hardware solutions.
Champion engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and technical excellence across the organization.
Provide strategic input into ADAS compute architectures and contribute to long‑term technology roadmaps.
Represent the hardware engineering team in executive reviews, program discussions, and cross‑functional leadership forums.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
12+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with a strong background in complex electronic system design
Proven leadership experience managing technical engineering teams
Deep knowledge of: High‑compute SoCs, ICs, and semiconductor technologies, Schematic development and PCB layout, Component selection and hardware bring‑up, Debug, root‑cause analysis, and validation processes
