About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hardware engineers responsible for complex compute and ADAS electronic systems.
  • Serve as the “lighthouse” for the organization providing clarity, direction, and stability in a fast‑moving and ambiguous environment.
  • Drive end‑to‑end hardware development, including requirements definition, architecture, schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, validation, and launch readiness.
  • Oversee the design and integration of high‑compute SoCs, advanced ICs, and semiconductor technologies into automotive‑grade hardware platforms.
  • Ensure robust engineering execution through design reviews, risk assessments, root‑cause analysis, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with software, systems, validation, manufacturing, and supplier teams to deliver high‑quality hardware solutions.
  • Champion engineering best practices, continuous improvement, and technical excellence across the organization.
  • Provide strategic input into ADAS compute architectures and contribute to long‑term technology roadmaps.
  • Represent the hardware engineering team in executive reviews, program discussions, and cross‑functional leadership forums.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with a strong background in complex electronic system design
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical engineering teams
  • Deep knowledge of: High‑compute SoCs, ICs, and semiconductor technologies, Schematic development and PCB layout, Component selection and hardware bring‑up, Debug, root‑cause analysis, and validation processes
