About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and evolve the Socially & Environmentally Responsible sourcing strategy, roadmap, and governance.
Lead supplier due diligence and assessment processes.
Plan and manage supplier assessments and audits.
Build trust and partnerships internally and externally.
Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and management reporting.
Provide clear and timely updates to senior leadership.
Support and deploy innovative solutions within your area.
Develop talent and organizational capability for team members.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Compliance, Sustainability/ESG, and/or Responsible Sourcing.
Proven track record of people leadership experience directly leading teams with a minimum of 4-5 people.
Proven negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills applied to complex, high-impact business decisions.
Demonstrated success operating in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Strong project/program management capability.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
High comfort with ambiguity and autonomy.
Strong drive for results and change leadership.
Demonstrated continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
Proven people leadership skills, including performance management, coaching, feedback, and talent development.
Ability to travel 10–20% of the time, domestically and internationally.
