About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage critical DFFS projects and initiatives
- Track and monitor projects to ensure on-time completion
- Utilize DFFS methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Mentor and train team members in continuous improvement methods
- Facilitate and support project teams by leading them through the Op-Ex process, gathering required data, executing analyses, identifying issues, and recommending solutions
- Review work with the project champion and senior leadership as the project progresses
Requirements
What you’ll need- DFSS Master Black Belt certification required.
- Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Quality
- Strong focus on execution.
- Ability to build and promote organizational change management initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to coach & influence others with the adoption of the OpEx mindset and advocacy.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills at all levels of the organization.
- Working knowledge of orthogonal arrays and other process optimization techniques
- Experience using statistical software tools such as Tableau, Minitab, or Jmp
- Up to date process improvement project portfolio
- Ability to write SQL scripts to pull and summarize data from database schemas
- Working knowledge of advanced analytics techniques like Large Language Models and Machine Learning
- Working knowledge of Python libraries and pandas
