About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and evangelize product vision & roadmap for public charging experiences across multiple digital touchpoints (embedded in-vehicle applications, mobile and web).
- Partner with key stakeholders - engineering, design, operations, marketing, business, and external partners to align on strategy, priorities, and success metrics.
- Deeply understand customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements, leading to new product development and enhancements to existing products.
- Drive execution to aggressive launch timelines, balancing quality, scope, and time based on business needs and customer impact.
- Generate and assess end-to-end workflows, ensuring they deliver innovative, intuitive, and reliable user experiences for EV drivers.
- Ensure products achieve user and business goals, optimizing for efficiency, effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Champion user-centered design practices, including defining user personas, scenarios, and success metrics, and supporting user research activities.
- Collaborate closely with UX teams to test and refine designs and prototypes, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives, and continuously suggesting UI/UX improvements.
- Leverage data and insights (quantitative and qualitative) to inform prioritization, refine roadmap, and iterate on product performance post-launch.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of product management experience, with clear ownership across the full lifecycle: inception, definition, MVP launch, user/usage research, roadmap prioritization, and ongoing delivery.
- Proven strategic mindset with a passion for building and shipping great products and user experiences.
- Strong technical and business acumen, including understanding of system architecture, unit economics, and trade-offs in complex platforms.
- Demonstrated experience designing intuitive and effective user experiences that solve real customer problems.
- Experience building customer-facing products in domains such as mobility, automotive, transportation, or productivity.
- Cross-functional fluency across business, legal, engineering, UX, strategy and marketing.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
