About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop immersive user experience simulation solutions for automated driving-enabled vehicles and robotic systems
- Create tools to aid in the development or deployment of human-vehicle interface solutions
- Conduct user studies to enable evidence-based decisions about in-vehicle interfaces
- Participate in government-funded research work
- Document your research through internal and external publications
- Facilitate technology transfer via active participation in cross-functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced Degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics-related field
- 5+ years of research experience in at least one of the following areas: Autonomous Vehicle Technology, Human-Machine Teaming, Robotics, Biometrics Sensing, Driving Simulation, or other related areas
- Strong theoretical, experimental or software programming skills
