Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize engineering tools and processes to successfully develop components and systems for vehicle programs
Achieve program milestones by thorough and effective program management
Coach and lead suppliers to timely execution of program work with excellence
Develop various PCB layout designs for ECUs, collaborate with PCBA and ECAD engineers, run simulations, create PCB layouts
Conduct design rule checks (DRC) and design for manufacturability (DFM) checks
Create/collaborate with other design teams to optimize the layout design for performance, power, area, and manufacturability
Collaborate with component engineers, procurement, and supply chain teams to select appropriate components for PCBA design

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science in Engineering
Minimum 5 years working experience in PCB layout design
Professional experience creating digital/analog HW interfaces including schematic creation and/or PCB layout, simulation & supportive documentation
Experience in design & analysis tools like Mentor Graphics (schematic & layout)
