Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Physics, or related field of study
- Eight years of experience as a Performance Engineer, Vehicle Simulation Engineer, or related role
- Motorsports series experience in optimizing vehicle setups and car configurations
- Simulation workflows in a professional motorsports organization
- Simulation tools to optimize vehicle performance
- Programming in Python and MATLAB
- Analyzing on-track performance through vehicle dynamics principles and statistical methods
