About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and advance large-scale, dealer-facing initiatives that shape our future state.
Continuously improve the Connected Incentives dealer application.
Deliver training and communications for dealers.
Lead dealer troubleshooting and triage to drive a seamless experience.
Collaborate cross functionally with leaders across Sales & Marketing, Finance, Controllership, Global Business Solutions, and IT.
Partner with dealers to optimize implementation of the system within their processes.
Promptly respond to feedback, questions, and concerns from the field team and dealers (production support).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree in business related field (Finance, Sales & Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent experience)
8+ years of related business, project management, or transformation experience
3 + years of management experience
Results oriented work style with the ability to drive transformation and change
Collaborative and interactive approach to problem solving
Strong project management skills (scope, timeline, risk, and stakeholder management)
Exceptional facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment and decisions across stakeholders
Clear and structured critical thinking skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of management and with external partners (including dealers)
Willingness to work nights and weekends during deployment windows
Willingness to be on-call after hours for urgent dealer requests
Travel up to 25%
