About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with product team leadership to develop and maintain analysis plans (A-Plan)
Initiate analysis request forms (ARF) for all planned work
Identify, acquire, and balance analysis resources to meet A-Plan requirements
Negotiate timing for active analysis projects as necessary
Generate and maintain virtual design reviews and analysis performance metric results for each A-Plan
Support the development of budget and headcount targets with workload projections
Act as single point contact for basic propulsion system architecture / program specific data
Coordinate cross-functional teams to solve break-fix, product performance, and quality issues
Balance workload and resources working with other propulsion VPIM
Interface with vehicle VPIM to co-ordinate 2-way deliverables and resolve propulsion related program issues
Assist with harmonizing process across engine, transmission and electrification sectors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree in Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering required
5 years of Engineering experience with propulsion-related systems
7 years of professional Engineering experience
Experience with coordination and leading projects
High level of oral and written communication skills
High level of relational skills to work independently and effectively with others
