About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage software licenses and serve as administrator for the implementation, training, and management of Restaurant and Transportation applications.
  • Consolidate, process, and analyze operational and financial facilities data, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and productivity gains.
  • Automate recurring analyses and routines (SQL, reports, templates), reducing rework and error risk.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and management reports (Power BI and GM corporate tools) to monitor expenses, investments, SLAs, and supplier performance.
  • Work in partnership with the corporate team, ensuring alignment with official platforms (BI, Python, KNIME) and GM data governance standards.
  • Support the regional Facilities team in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly control, providing ad‑hoc analyses and decision-making support.
  • Translate business requirements into structured analyses and present insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience in Data Analysis, BI, Controllership, or related areas, with a focus on operational costs and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, KNIME, or similar tools for data analysis and automation.
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, macros).
  • Proficiency in Power BI and BI tools for data modeling and creation of management dashboards.
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, concise messages for different audiences.
  • Analytical and organized profile, with an ownership mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Availability to work in São Caetano do Sul or São José dos Campos (both in the state of São Paulo).
