Build an effective QA team, mentor the team and efficiently manage the resources to support the projects and ensure quality delivery.
Guide and provide feedback on team member's performance and behavior.
Support EGM on hiring process with acquisition of new talents.
Define test strategy and test plan based on software development plan for the projects.
Work with the team to design detailed test cases and setup the test environment.
Develop test tools and test scripts to automate the testing.
Prepare test report, provide initial issue analysis, and contribute to defect prevention.
Participate in the continuous improvement of test processes and methodologies.

Requirements

10+ years of software quality assurance or test experience in mobile or automotive industry
3+ years of experience in testing Android code
3 years as a Scrum lead, Product owner, or Team Lead
Solid knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and tools
Strong experience with test automation framework (e.g.: Robot Framework / Appium)
Programming skills in common languages, such as Python, JAVA
Knowledge of Scrum/Agile software development process
Knowledge of connectivity technologies
Experience with vehicle communication network protocols (CAN, Ethernet) as a plus
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills to motivate the teams, work efficiently and deliver on time in a fast-paced work environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coordination skills, and interpersonal skills.
