About the role
- Enable self-organizing, empowered teams to deliver Electrified Propulsion Software product on-time with quality, help develop actionable strategy and support execution in an agile framework.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering to include Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Mathematics.
- Minimum 7+ years of engineering experience related to embedded control system, calibration, related hardware, and/or safety critical system development.
- Demonstrated results in successful project execution.
- Excellent multi-functional communication and leadership skills - able to get multiple teams moving in the same direction.
- Demonstrated ability to 'Deal with Ambiguity' while driving timely decision making.
