About the role
- Lead technical projects by serving as the business project lead, establishing project timelines, tracking open issues, and ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teams across hardware, electrical, software, and other units to ensure seamless program execution
- Identify and address project challenges while adhering to escalation procedures and maintaining project goals
- Foster collaboration within high-performing teams, proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent program delays
- Work with leadership and business leads on near-term planning and strategic issues, managing business complexities, and mitigating risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with program and project management within engineering, robotics, AI, or automation industries
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
- Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies
