Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical projects by serving as the business project lead, establishing project timelines, tracking open issues, and ensuring adherence to deadlines
Build and maintain strong relationships with teams across hardware, electrical, software, and other units to ensure seamless program execution
Identify and address project challenges while adhering to escalation procedures and maintaining project goals
Foster collaboration within high-performing teams, proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent program delays
Work with leadership and business leads on near-term planning and strategic issues, managing business complexities, and mitigating risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience with program and project management within engineering, robotics, AI, or automation industries
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities
Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies
