About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of calibration engineers and technical leaders
- Ensure delivery of robust engine or transmission controls solutions
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams
- Provide technical guidance and decision-making support
- Align calibration work to broader organizational, regulatory, and product strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Automotive, or related field)
- 8+ years of experience in powertrain calibration, controls, or related propulsion systems development
- Strong understanding of powertrain operation, emissions, diagnostics, and calibration development processes
- Proven ability to lead teams in a matrixed, fast-paced engineering environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
