About the role
- Lead supplier onboarding, scorecard management, and system access governance
- Manage supplier settings (lead times, shutdown dates) and cost recovery processes
- Analyze workflows, document SOPs, and implement process improvements using applying continuous improvement methodologies driving operational excellence
- Partner with IT and IT facing resources on system development, testing, deployment, and training
- Troubleshoot system issues and create help desk tickets
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Cognos, SQL, and Excel
- Analyze data for improved decision making
- Perform ad hoc data draws and custom reporting
- Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations
- Resolve supplier backorders, past dues, and capacity constraints through creative solutions
- Summarizing and communicating critical issues and resolutions to leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Data Analytics
- Bachelor's degree required
- Skilled in SQL, Power BI, Cognos, Microsoft Access, and Databricks
- High analytical capability and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proven ability to lead long-term projects and deliver results
- Knowledge of Supply Chain strategies and theories
- Experience with supplier performance metrics, transitions, and issue resolution
- Ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
- Experience with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Demonstrated success as a change agent driving innovation and process transformation
- Proven ability to own the outcome and work with urgency to deliver business results in an accelerated time-frame
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
