About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of Autonomous Mobile Equipment (AME) across manufacturing plants.
  • Serve as a trusted deployment partner and primary point of contact for plant leadership.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers.
  • Drive continuous improvement aligned with Center of Excellence standards.
  • Report on deployment status, risks, and strategic recommendations to executives.
