- Execute service marketing initiatives aligned to core KPIs: Repair Orders (RO), Average Ticket, Service retention/customer pay
- Own the end‑to‑end execution of assigned initiatives (planning → deployment → performance assessment)
- Define and track campaign and program KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Act as a reliable point of contact to resolve execution issues and ensure adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
