About the role
- Define clear product structures and information architectures that organize complex features, services, and user journeys.
- Design scalable interaction models that work consistently across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate emerging ideas and technologies into tangible product frameworks, prototypes, and experience models.
- Create high‑fidelity interface designs that clearly communicate systems across key screens, states, and flows.
- Identify reusable patterns and contribute to shared design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to explore and validate new concepts.
- Elevate design quality through systems thinking, critique, and mentorship within the design team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8 or more years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design for web and or mobile platforms.
- Proven experience designing complex digital products with strong systems and information architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear UX frameworks and interaction models.
- Advanced proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross‑functional, distributed environment.
