About the role
- Assume territorial responsibility in the Washington DC/Baltimore, Central PA, Delaware and Northern Virginia area.
- Act as a consultant to the dealers by working together with them on development and implementation of their business plans.
- Facilitate, coach, and consult with dealers to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met.
- Manage dealer compliance of the Business Elite program.
- Oversee the Commercial Truck Club in your sales district to grow membership and deliver value added content to members.
- Actively engage in driving Business Elite Dealer participation in the Business Elite Fleet solutions process.
- Improve OnStar Package Sales and OVI telematics sales across all stores.
- Implement commercial digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Improve commercial website presence and increase lead generating activities.
- Analyze dealer sales, local market conditions and competition to identify specific sales opportunities.
- Provide support in implementing regional and local B2B sales tactics.
Requirements
- 4+ years demonstrated success in a field-base sales and customer service
- Skilled in the use of the entire Microsoft suite of business products
- Computer skills to develop, maintain, and analyze data
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related areas (preferred)
- Dealership/automotive experience (preferred)
- B2B Sales Fleet Account Management (preferred)
- AI experience (preferred)
