About the role

  • Manage and mentor a team of content designers working across all mobile and web applications.
  • Identify opportunities to build scalable content systems including reusable patterns and content models
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, legal, localization, and AI/ML teams
  • Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for content design related work in mobile and web.
  • Stay informed on trends in AI, localization, and inclusive language
  • Design great experiences through clear, consistent, and inclusive language

Requirements

  • Experience leading content design output and mentoring
  • Background in UX writing and content design
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including legal, engineering, product, and marketing
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, design systems, and AI tooling
  • Experience designing and governing scalable language systems
  • A clear portfolio of work that showcases your craft of writing, philosophy on leadership, and overall approach to content design problem solving.
