- Leads and participates in Compliance activities
- Creates & delivers presentations for management
- Provides and reviews metric data to improve efficiencies
- Support & lead strategies to achieve business initiatives
- Understands appropriate engineering methods
- Utilizes guidance from internal/external customers to meet requirements
- Proficient with the Global Vehicle Development Process
- Makes recommendations based on work completed
- Independently creates/manages project plans
- Assists less experienced engineers
- DFSS Green Belt Certified
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Active Creative
- Advanced or Fluent English
- Product development experience
- Basic knowledge of the vehicle emissions certification process
