About the role
- Act as the liaison between GM and its dealerships, developing and implementing business strategies.
- Actively engage in commercial negotiations aimed at business profitability.
- Build and develop strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and dealerships at all levels of the organization.
- Provide guidance and consulting to the Chevrolet network to implement and support the business plan, ensuring monthly and annual objectives are met.
- Support the dealership network with financial and administrative analyses for each group, aiming to ensure operational sustainability.
- Work in partnership with Chevrolet Financial Services to offer optimal solutions and increase profitability.
- Develop, together with Regional Marketing, the sales action plan, media and digital strategy to increase sales and market share.
- Monitor the market, segments, and competitors to identify growth opportunities and anticipate competitive trends.
- Track satisfaction indicators/KPIs to identify and act on opportunities.
- Support product launches to ensure the success of new vehicles.
- Monitor training of Chevrolet network personnel and ensure compliance with GM requirements.
- Assist in inventory management (including vehicles and/or parts) to ensure product availability.
- Assist in resolving dealership issues to ensure the best customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising/Public Relations or related fields.
- Commercial profile with strong negotiation skills, consultative approach and business partner mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Power BI is a plus).
- Valid driver's license (CNH) and ability to drive.
- Willingness to travel by car.
- Willingness to reside in the Greater São Paulo area.
- English and/or Spanish desirable (Intermediate to Advanced).
- Experience in commercial/sales roles serving franchises or dealers.
- Experience serving companies in the automotive sector (OEMs or auto parts).
