About the role
- Own the OnStar and additional commerce content design spaces
- Support a vision for an improved commerce experience
- Collaborate with designers, Customer Experience and Marketing team members
- Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for all commerce content design
- Design great experiences through clear and concise language
Requirements
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- A clear portfolio of work that showcases your ability to write and evaluate writing.
- Self-starter with strong autonomy.
- Deep understanding of human interface design best practices.
- Strong editorial and design sensibility.
- High comfort level with technical complexity.
- Skilled in information architecture and taxonomy.
- Comfortable presenting to executive leadership.
- Proficient in Figma.
- Experience following an in-house design system and writing standards.
