Requirements

5+ years in data engineering or analytics, with demonstrated delivery of data platforms or ML/AI solutions.
Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PySpark, TensorFlow, XGBoost, GPBoost, among others) with experience managing experiments and deployments through MLflow
Strong understanding of data privacy and ethical AI principles
Proficiency in Databricks (preferred)
Experience in People Analytics or HR technology environments (preferred).
Strong understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes (recruiting, development, engagement, workforce planning).
Degree in quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
