About the role
- Lead the design and development of components and subsystems that impact vehicle dynamics performance and structural loads.
- Leverage advanced virtual tools and full-vehicle simulation packages to drive integration across vehicle dynamics.
- Specialize in technical domains such as tire modeling and control system integration.
- Use automation methods (CI/CD) to ensure efficient simulation workflows.
- Develop and maintain the cross-functional vehicle dynamics master model framework and co-simulation packages.
- Collaborate and communicate with teams to optimize structure and manage loads at key interfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Math or Science or closely related field of study
- 5+ of relevant experience in the automotive, aircraft, construction, or related industries
- Experience applying computational methods to solve engineering problems
- Proficient in using scripting languages such as MATLAB or Python to automate and analyze simulations
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams, balancing technical theory with practical limitations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate creative and independent thinking.
