Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related discipline).
Master’s degree preferred.
AI/ML certification (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Coursera, or equivalent) highly desirable.
5+ years of experience in AI strategy, business consulting, or solution architecture, ideally in a large enterprise or automotive/manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated success in identifying, scoping, and delivering high-value AI use cases in partnership with business functions.
Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and opportunity assessments with cross-functional teams.
Track record of translating business challenges into actionable AI solutions and business cases.
Deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their business applications (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, etc.).
Ability to assess feasibility, value, and readiness for AI adoption across diverse business functions.
Ability to develop Low code/no code AI solutions
Familiarity with data governance, responsible AI, and change management best practices.
Experience with solution architecture and technical advisory for AI projects.
Proficiency with visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, dashboarding platforms).
Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong facilitation and communication abilities—able to lead workshops, present findings, and influence senior leaders.
Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations for AI investments.
Experience working with executive leadership and functional teams to drive innovation and adoption.
