About the role
- Develop projects to achieve the technical requirements for automotive body and closures systems
- Experience in components and mechanical systems involving kinematics and dynamic behaviors
- Knowledge on closures hardware systems
- Expertise with injected plastic parts, metal sheet parts and injection molding process
- Project management and coordination skills
- Operate with a high level of independent discernment
- Provide expert judgment and analysis for the design, development and implementation of technical products and systems
- Resolve highly complex technical issues and conduct advanced research
- Recommend alterations to development and design to improve the quality of products and/or procedures
- Perform multiple tasks and lead the work of others
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- Active CREA professional registration
- Availability to travel
- Advanced English
- Experience in the automotive industry (desirable)
