About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software production
Architect, implement, and operate cloud-based platforms hosting build, test, and virtualization capabilities
Collaborate with development, test, platform, IT operations, cybersecurity, and supplier teams
Ensure scalability, reliability, availability, and security of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms
Integrate pipelines with physical and virtual test environments for automated test suites and co-simulation workloads
Automate provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of virtualization platforms and cloud services
Monitor pipeline and platform performance, reliability, and software quality metrics
Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve build, pipeline, and cloud infrastructure issues
Act as a subject matter expert for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and virtualization
Provide guidance, documentation, and training
Ensure platform compliance with corporate policies, standards, and requirements
Prepare technical updates, reviews, and live demonstrations for leadership and external partners
Track DevOps, cloud-native, and virtualization advancements and incorporate relevant innovations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in software tools, platform, or infrastructure development, focused on DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and/or cloud-based applications
Expertise building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or comparable technologies
Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency in Python, Bash, and at least one of C, C++, or Java
Understanding of embedded software development tools, build processes, and workflows
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and practices for virtual and hardware-in-the-loop environments
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipeline solutions for complex, multi-component systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across build, pipeline, and infrastructure layers
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional Agile/DevOps environments
Ability to lead or drive challenging technical projects with high ambiguity to successful completion
