About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide executive-level consulting, support, and analysis to dealers to grow Chevrolet’s market share within their areas of influence
  • Communicate product marketing programs, sales plans, incentive programs, and associated benefits to dealers
  • Deliver timely, clear responses to dealer questions and vehicle-sales requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • +3 years of experience in dealer administration, sales, marketing, and operations, with a strong results-driven focus on vehicle sales
  • Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring sales programs and projects
  • Experience with corporate sales-operation standards, incentive programs, and the Chevrolet product portfolio
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholder needs, proposals, requirements, and issues effectively
  • Customer-focused team player with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Sense of urgency, resilience under pressure, and flexibility to work extended hours as needed
  • Advanced English
  • Availability to travel 2 weeks per month
