About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for clinical roles, including Physicians and Nurse Practitioners
- Partner with hiring managers and the Senior Clinical Recruiter to clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and stay aligned on priorities and timelines
- Source and engage qualified candidates through outreach, job boards, referrals, and creative channels
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement
- Conduct phone screens to assess role fit, motivation, and baseline clinical qualifications
- Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby, ensuring accurate tracking, timely follow-up, and clear communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Coordinate interviews, collect structured feedback, and help hiring managers make timely decisions
- Maintain a high bar for candidate experience through transparency, responsiveness, and follow-through at every stage
- Support employer branding efforts through thoughtful outreach messaging and candidate-facing communications
Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience (physicians, nurse practitioners, or other licensed providers)
- Telehealth or virtual care recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Solid sourcing skills with a proactive approach to building pipelines beyond inbound applicants
- Demonstrated interest in using AI-driven tools to work smarter and move faster
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while staying organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a low-structure, fast-moving environment where priorities shift
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Ashby experience is a plus
