About the role
- Own overall revenue growth and quota attainment for the Region
- Lead, coach, and develop Business Development Managers in the Region.
- Set and monitor team performance targets and pipeline metrics
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Recruit, onboard, and scale the sales team
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance sales culture
- Support reps in complex opportunities and executive-level conversations
- Personally engage with select strategic accounts and high-value prospects
- Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting to the EVP of Sales
- Ensure CRM data integrity and adherence to sales processes
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics in the Region
- Provide feedback to leadership on solution positioning and sales strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in IT managed services, MSSP, or technology solutions
- Track record of consistently driving teams to quota attainment and revenue growth
- Prior success as a quota-carrying sales professional managing complex sales cycles
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building abilities
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
